We are a family owned business that specialise in creating artisan style chocolate truffles, bars, dairy-free hot chocolate and unique items using high quality couverture chocolates from all around the world. Our fillings and toppings are determined by seasonality with a strong focus on using local produce from within the Canberra region and the surrounding areas.
Slowly growing from a home business to opening up our own shop in Braddon, our small business has received numerous awards for our work including the prestigious Australian Food Awards – 2017 Champion Australian small producer trophy and 2018 Best chocolate/Best in class award.
