Let’s talk business


Although we would love for you to visit us in the store (COME AND VISIT US) and see where the magic happens, we do understand that sometimes shipping might be the easier option.

We send our chocolates via express courier, packaged with love and care. However, once the package has been picked up, it’s out of our control.

Orders received Monday through Wednesday will be shipped by the following day. We only ship Monday-Thursday as we try to avoid having the chocolate sitting in a non-temperature controlled warehouse over the weekend. So if you place an order from Thursday – Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

During the warmer months, it might be necessary to delay or cancel your order but as always, we will be in touch to discuss options. 

As always, you can place your order online and come and collect it from the store, free of shipping charges – just select ‘Collect in store’.


Returns and cancelations

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot offer exchange or refund. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please get in contact with us immediately as orders are generally dispatched the same day as the order has been placed.


As much as we would love to cater for all of you lovely people, we simply cannot.

We handle nuts, flour, dairy and egg proteins products in store and everything is handmade from scratch in small batches by the same hands. This also means that all of our equipment has been in contact with potentially allergenic products at some point. ALL of our products may contain traces of nuts, milk, egg proteins & gluten.

Whilst we offer gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan friendly options, we simply cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. So if you do have any food allergies, we recommend you do not consume our products.
